This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the result of a selection of typical cultivars: Casaliva, Frantoio, Leccino. Harvested by hand to the right degree of maturation and crushing after washing within a few hours.
A state-of-the-art continuous cycle plant, operating in a protected environment, completely oxygen free allows preserving unchanged its typical fruity taste.

Milling and processing
Washing and pressing of the olives within 24 hours of harvesting, extraction of the oil using a latest generation continuous cycle system in a controlled environment (absence of oxygen).
