The Famiglia Olivini vineyard is located in San Martino della Battaglia, Municipality of Desenzano, only 2km from the Sirmione A4 motorway exit, in a strategic position between the cities of Verona and Brescia, which are little more than 20 minutes away.

The charming Lake Garda area generously provides a succession of vineyards, wine cellars, hamlets, castles and astounding panoramas. Between the shores of Lake Garda and the surrounding Morainic hills, resides a remarkable variety of grape, the Lugana. An impressive and unexpected Mediterranean haven stretches before our eyes. This is the origin of Famiglia Olivini.

The new cellar, built in 2019, is the fruit of a skilful reinterpretation of the main farmhouse, which has dominated the Demesse Vecchie estate for almost 300 years. The front façade converses with the farmhouse and the vineyard, while at the back, a flat terrace cover encloses the heart of the production area.

The first floor terrace and the ground floor portico recall the empty and full spaces of the eighteenth century farmstead. The ultra modern style and large dimensions of the openings show everyone who enters exactly where they are: right in the middle of the vineyards, almost as if you are inviting those same vineyards inside the area set aside for the wine shop.
