Assertive yet velvety, a wine to meditate upon.

Wine made exclusively with select Merlot grapes dried in wooden crates. Following a careful wine-making technique, it is then aged in French oak for more than 24 months. This wine enjoys great longevity and marked identity. Deep ruby red in colour, ethereal and enveloping perfume with notes of ripe fruit, coffee up to more intense hints of chocolate. Its captivating sumptuous structure makes this wine velvety and elegant, suited to the very best of occasions.


Ideal wine for red meat dishes like braised beef, game and roast meats. Interesting meditation wine at the end of the meal, accompanied by hard paste, extremely seasoned cheeses.

Manual harvesting into boxes and drying in the loft, prolonged maceration, alcoholic fermentation via selected yeasts, complete malo-lactic fermentation.


In French barriques for 24 months, then in steel tanks for several months and then left to rest in the bottle.

Sensory analysis

Very intense red colour, ethereal bouquet of ripe fruit, coffee, licorice and chocolate, very recognizable velvety taste.
