Rosé Brut

Riviera del Garda Classico D.O.C. Rosé Spumante

Flavour depth and floral nose: an ethereal rosé.

Wine produced from rosé wine-making of Riviera del Garda classico chiaretto grapes with particular attention paid to the percentage of the varieties used to make it, and to the time of harvesting. After spending at least 36 months on lees in bottles, the wine is light pink in colour, has a floral nose, and appreciable flavour depth.

Ideal as aperitif, it well accompanies all the fish dishes, pleasant with prawn crudités.
