Sweet and aromatic like ripe fruit, inebriating.

Wine obtained from a particular selection of the finest grapes, withered for a few months. After pressing, it is fermented in barriques. Soft wine of warm golden colour with ripe fruit, jam scents and a vanilla tone. Sweet, with a remarkable aromatic persistence, but extremely delicate and elegant.


Ideal with dry pastries, biscuits, and sbrisolona (traditional crunchy tart). Excellent with cheeses with green-blue marbling. Outstanding with foie-gras.

Wine making

Collected into boxes, prolonged drying in the loft until late December, fermentation at a low temperature by indigenous yeasts.


The still fermenting wine is transferred into barriques where it remains for 18/24 months with continual batonage.

Sensory analysis

Golden colour, an intense bouquet of peach, banana and vanilla, optimum structure and viscosity on the bottom, sweet, but not over-sweet.

Chemical analysis

Total acidity 6,5 g/l; Residual sugars 120 g/l.
