The wine has a lively, purple colour. Good velvet and harmonic texture with intense scents that remind of wild berries.

Manual harvesting into boxes, grape destalking with minimum pressing, maceration at a controlled temperature, alcoholic fermentation via selected yeasts, complete malolactic fermentation.
